For over two decades, Tyrone Francis Crag-Chaderton has devoted his life to defending the rights of the underserved, the misunderstood, and the vulnerable. A seasoned family and criminal defense attorney based in Central Florida, Tyrone’s work is guided by a single, unwavering principle: justice should not depend on privilege.

Born into a family that experienced injustice firsthand, Tyrone developed a sharp sense of fairness early in life—one that would later fuel his mission as a legal advocate. After graduating from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in 2002, he began his career with the Florida Department of Children and Families, where he handled dozens of child advocacy cases and built a foundation of compassion-driven litigation.

But the courtroom called louder. Tyrone soon transitioned into private practice, where he now specializes in a wide range of complex legal matters—including juvenile defense, divorce, child custody, violent crimes, domestic violence, DUI, petit theft, unlawful firearm display, battery, and other misdemeanor offenses. His clients aren’t just case files—they’re people, often navigating some of the most difficult chapters of their lives. Tyrone approaches each one with empathy, thoughtfulness, and a resolute determination to secure a fair outcome.

His legal work is only one part of his calling. As Vice President of the Organization of Progressive Nationals (OPRON), Tyrone spearheaded grassroots initiatives that raised education access for underprivileged adults. He taught evening courses in commerce, economics, and English history, and helped establish agricultural cooperatives that empowered farmers and local communities.

Alongside his wife and law partner, Rachael Crag-Chaderton, Tyrone co-founded Crag Chaderton Law—a firm built not only on experience and legal savvy, but on heart. Together, they’ve cultivated a practice where clients feel seen, heard, and fiercely represented.

Outside the courtroom, Tyrone is as dynamic as they come. A gifted keyboardist and former member of the renowned GI’s Brass International Band, he’s also produced several acclaimed gospel and underground music projects. In his youth, he represented St. Kitts on its national football team, channeling the same discipline and strategy that now define his courtroom presence. Today, he continues to serve his home country by operating a security business focused on crime prevention and community resilience.

Whether mentoring clients, defending the accused, or investing in social change, Tyrone remains a champion for the voiceless. His life’s work is more than law—it’s advocacy in its truest form.
